Staff was accommodating

Elevator was broke, mold in and around the room. Needs updating for the price.

Broken Elevator. Dingy hotel. Room was decently clean but hotel was dirty.

The proximity to the events.

There was dried blood on the sheets. There was a large frisbee competition contingent staying at the hotel, and we didn’t get a chance to eat breakfast. The entire breakfast area was taken up with high school Teams.

The staff that checks you in and greets you is excellent,friendly informative always with a smile. I thought the reduction in staff might be a problem but it did not affect us at all. I personally do not like my room clean unless requested.

Rooms were outdated. Our heater stopped working, we moved rooms; in the 2nd room they gave us, the shower didn?t work.

The person working the front desk was asleep upon arrival. Very dirty and smelled horrible, the tv also didn?t work.

Customer service was very nice and kind. Breakfast is great.

We saw something not clean in the parking lot, and some customers in the pool screaming,no one said anything

Location. Friendly staff.

Dirty. Holes in walls. Doors broken. Food in carpet. Bad smell. Overpriced.

Front desk associate was rude at the first meeting. Room not cleaned so asked for new sheets to change bedding myself. Website stated hot tub and pool. No hot tub and pool had nasty white stuff in it along with high ties and other trash.

The staff was great! The breakfast was hot and delicious. They were constantly cleaning tables so people could get good and sit down and eat. Our room had all the essentials for anyone with a disability, chair for shower, raised toilet seat.

Could have touched up paint in rooms. But it was adequate.

This was the lowest rated hotel in a group of 3.This hotel should not have been grouped with the other 2 based on its rating. The hotel is run down stained and dirty. Lots of stains things in bad worn shape. Pool looked like Shreks swamp covered in slime.

Great location in quite area. The beds were comfortable. Clean bathroom.

Overall not bad but the hotel needs some attention, particularly the cleanliness. There was a smell in the lobby area and elevator that was not good.

Bed was very comfortable. Things looked clean.

There was mold in the bathroom, the floor in front of the air conditioner was wet.

Everything was wrong. I even requested to pay more to get a different room but I was denied. I requested housekeeping but they never showed up. The fridge was not working the ice they put in melted and that was full of water. Left before check out date.

The staff was amazingly kind and very considerate. Breakfast was pretty well done. It could have had more of a selection but it got me back on the road.

The room was not the cleanest in the world. The sheets smelled like body Didn¿t sleep well because of the A/C rattling each time it kicked on and fridge playing a tone like a piano tone each time it started. Will not use Express feature again.

Staff was friendly and that was nice. The location is fairly convenient.

The hotel needs a renovation. The elevator, in particular, was in bad shape and needed to be refinished/refurbished. In general, the finishes look dated at this hotel. Also, shower fixtures were not working well

Good location on the north side of Indy. Beds were comfortable.

The room itself was tired and needed some repairs (not hook for the lock latch, carpet was worn, broken tiles here and there). Breakfast was not great, everything was lukewarm or mediocre. Check-in was friendly but took way too long.

The free breakfast and the staff! Everyone was very professional and accommodating.

Hotel needs massive remodeling.
